Seconds out, Round 1
Although it hardly seems that long ago the final rounds of the respective competitions were played, already the new calendar is up and we are about to start all over again.
The competitions commence next Sunday the 4th September with the first Under 21s Event, down at Brakla. The first Under 18s Event breaks off a week later, down at Llanelli.
The 18th September is the first event date for both the Masters (Redz Cwmbran) and the Under16s (Penarth Road). The Mens class opens on the 25th (various venues) and the opening rounds conclude on the 2nd October when the Under 14s do battle at Penarth Road.
This year we have made some small changes to the event prices, rather than have some events costing more than others. We have also introduced an incentive for the U14, U16, U18 and U21 classes whereby booking all events as one in advance gives a discount of one event. Therefore although the price per event has increased by £1, it is still cheaper to pay for all up front. Naturally we would encourage all players to take advantage of this as it is the most cost effective way to play in the tournaments.
