You can only enter events using the online system, a random generated online draw will be automatically created and emailed to all players 10am day before event (unless a time otherwise stated). There will be STRICTLY no opportunity to enter after cut off time.
Dates MAY be changed if there are clashes with amateur EBSA, WSF, Qtour, IBSF events etc. * Where venues / TDs are not confirmed, these will be added as soon as possible.
Note: To be consistent with World Seniors, EBSA etc, Masters (over 40s) referred to as Seniors, and (over 55s) as Super Seniors
To free space up in the very tight calendar schedule and to save on travelling, there may be 2 junior events in one venue, eg 14s/18s, 16s/21s, 14s/16s etc with staggered starts if required, players may enter both events on same day if age permits. Some events may need to be held on Saturdays.
Please inform Tournament Director ASAP if you cannot attend event, to reduce No Shows / Walk Overs, if we know well in time BEFORE entry cut off, your entry could be transferred to a later event in season in the same age group.
After you enter, your name will appear on the player list, please double check to confirm you have entered correct event/s, if not contact WBSA to resolve asap.
