Under 18s Event Two - Results

Fourteen players contested this 2nd under 18s event of the season and it was the in form Jackson Page and Dylan Emery who duly reached the final.

Dylan was given a fright before overcoming Connor Caniff 3-2 in their semi final while Jackson had a somewhat easier passage with a 3-0 win over Joshua White, who had an impressive 3-1 win over Aaron Burgess at the quarter final stage.

In the 1st round Lewis Sinclair led Tyler Rees 2-0 only for Tyler to fight back for a 3-2 victory before going out 3-0 to Jackson Page. Callum Matthews, recovering from a broken collar-bone, beat the promising Liam Davies 3-0 but then found Dylan Emery "too hot to handle" on the day and bowed out 3-0 himself.

The final was a potting dual between the two most promising juniors so far this season. Both players played open attacking snooker but in the end it was the slightly more consistent Jackson Page who got over the line 3-2 in an excellent match.
