Under 16s Event Three Results

Under 16s Event Three was contested by 14 entries on the day. There were no great shocks in the first round, but Rhys Morgans was forced to win a decider on first time entrant Owain Ellis from Port Talbot, making a lasting impression at his first event.

The tournament really came to life from the Semi Finals stage with the impresive Jackson Page showing his class with a clearance break of 128. The breaks flowed from all semi-finalists with Conor Caniff & Dylan Emery finding great form, Dylan edging out Conor in the decider after pinching the previous frame on the black.

Jackson Page stepped up his game in the final and defeated his number one rival Dylan Emery 3 frames to nil.

In the Plate Competition, there were solid performances from Harry Bond & Thomas Dorey taking them into the Final. Thomas proved too strong on the day and defeated Harry 2 frames to nil, making the long trip home to North Wales that little bit more enjoyable.
