Under 14s Event One Results

Nine entries meant a preliminary match between Ben Massey and Ryan Davies with the winner meeting the reigning under 14 champion Liam Davies. Ben won 2 - nil and the quarter final with Liam was an excellent match which saw Liam narrowly coming through to the semi final where he would meet Oliver Phillips. Liam came out the winner beating Oliver 2 - nil to reach yet another ranking final. In the bottom half of the draw both quarter finals were won 2 - nil with Oliver Briffett-Harris and Riley Powell meeting for a place in the final. Oliver came out on top with a 2 - nil win to book his place in the final.

The final produced some excellent snooker with Liam taking the first frame and also having a healthy lead in the second.  Oliver played some first cass match snooker to take the second frame  and even the match. The third frame was another close encounter with Liam taking the frame when Oliver unexpectedly potted the pink when penalty points were needed.  The fourth frame was more one sided with Liam winning comfortably to continue his unbeaten run of last season.
