14 players contested this event but it was the currently in- form Jackson Page and Dylan Emery who duly reached the final.

Jackson was taken the distance by the ever improving Callum Matthews who took the first frame with a break of 45. Jackson hit back with a magnificent 130 break followed by 41 and 64. Callum managed to level at 2-2 only for Jackson to take the decider.

Dylan Emery had held the highest break up to this point with a superb 80 against his quarter final opponent Liam Davies.

Dylan came through the bottom half defeating Alfie Davies in the semi final with the aid of a 52 break.
The final between two of Wales outstanding young prospects lived up to expectations with both players attacking at every opportunity. An excellent match ended 3-2 to Jackson who made breaks of .96, 54 and 68 while Dylan weighed in with efforts of 57 and 41.
