Members and Officers of the W.B.S.A. are hereby notified and invited to attend the Welsh Billiards & Snooker Association Annual General Meeting.
The meeting will commence at 3:00 pm on Sunday 10th June 2018 at the Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, with the following Agenda.

1. Constitution
Note 5.3
Notice of Annual General Meetings will be given no less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the meeting.
Nominations for Officers and Notice of Motions must be made in writing and received by the Secretary of the Association no less than seven (7) days before the date of the AGM.
A Nominee Acceptance must also accompany any nomination.
Nominations may only be made by persons who were Members of the Association or W.B.S.A. Committee Members during the preceding twelve months.

The Welsh Billiards & Snooker Association will not use Sport Wales Grant funding as prize money.

The officers of the Association are empowered to elect Life Members or Honorary Members of the Association.

Any further Notices of Motion and nominations for Officers of the Association must be received in writing by Mr Paul Taylor (Secretary, W.B.S.A., email paul.taylor44@ntlworld.com), by no later than 5:00pm, Friday 18th May 2018.
Members or Officers submitting Notices of Motion and/or nomination of Officers, must be in attendance at the meeting.
