IBSF World U16
The Under 16s have finished over in St Petersburg.
As ever, the youngsters gave their all and each, in their own way, did exceptionally well: -
Bradley Tyson - topped Group C winning 4/4, ranked #9 for the knockout stage, went out in Last 32 to eventual semi finalist Kirill Margolin
Rhys Morgans - second in Group D (3/4), ranked #20 and lost to Ben Mertens in the quarter finals, Ben taking the title. Breaks of 52, 47 and 41 secured 18th in the breaks table
Liam Davies - second in Group M (2/3), ranked #26 also bowed out in the Last 32, to Liam Graham of Scotland. Highest break of 58 placed him 15th on the breaks table.
And finally
Ryan Davies - fourth in Group F, won one of his matches (in some style too) and didn't qualify for the knockout stages. However, as the youngest player in the tournament, he held his head high and can be justifiably proud of his achievement.
From all of the committee members, we are terribly proud of all of the boys and their attitude throughout the tournament, a real credit to the waistcoat and feathers
