Under 18s Event 2

With one player not turning up in the day we had 12 entries for Event 2 on the calendar. Early rounds were keenly contested but experience told by the Semi Finals. Bradley Tyson played Rhys Morgans with the latter coming through 3 frames to nil and Ryan Bowgen met Liam Davies with the latter again coming through by the same margin.

The Final was between Rhys Morgans and Liam Davies and with neither player having dropped a frame all day something had to give.

The end result of 3 frames to nil to Liam was no reflection of the match with the first 2 frames decided by the Black ball and the last on the Pink. Both players in superb match form and should be close rivals all season.
